At Nuvelle, we take pride in the quality and care behind every piece.

Our Exchange & Return Policy allows size exchanges or replacements for quality issues within 72 hours of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition. Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.

Customers may inspect their order while the courier is still present to ensure everything meets expectations. Once the courier leaves, exchanges or returns cannot be accepted.

Please note that shipping fees for exchange requests are covered by the customer.

Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days from confirmation. Once dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to you. Deliveries are handled by our trusted courier partners across Egypt.
